Very clean, spacious rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, great value for the price, good location.
Breakfast is not served in room or on the premise - a croissant and espresso at bar next door.

The location is very good, on the main street, close to historical centre, 15 min. to the train station. Everything is close enough to not use the public transport. Good if you want to move around the region Campania (Pompei, Ercolano, Sorrento, etc.) with the train. The staff are very nice and the Residenza is very clean.
The breakfast is little, only coffee/tea and croissant or orange juice.

Good location, our room was big enough for our family of four.
It was loud during the day and night because of the traffic. At nighttime it was lighter in the room then during the day, there were no proper curtains. The fully-equiped kitchen is too sober, the kitchen is beautiful but nothing to cook with...

The morning breakfast was great with hot toasts and coffee or cappuccino, for instance. The rooms were new-fashioned and airy, they come with a new refurbished bathroom as well as a balcony style view.
The staff were a little rude, didn't expect that coming.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just minutes away from the historic city center of Naples and conveniently situated between the train station and Port Beverello. Being near a supermarket was a great plus for easy access to essentials. The staff provided good service and were available for all our requests, even taking care of our luggage after check-out. Breakfast was pleasant, with a choice of fresh orange juice, hot toasts, and delicious sweets.
All in all, everything was satisfactory and there is little that could be improved.

Rooms were reasonably modern. Close to the historical centre of Napoli.
The air conditioning continued to short-circuit the power supply of the hotel, and in the end, we had to turn off the air conditioning just to avoid the nusance. Not the best place to lose air conditioning, as the hotel is on the main road and summer in Napoli is seriously hot.

The hotel staff and owner were very kind and helpful. They pointed out all the nice places in Napoli and around Napoli where you can go visit or eat. The hotel is in a good place of Napoli although the city is horrible. It has nice rooms with air condition and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in Napoli for couple of days. Please avoid the hotels from Garibaldi piazza.

Cleanliness was good. Room was cleaned every day. Very basic accommodation at a reasonable price but ample if you just need a place to sleep.
Breakfast was standing up at a bar just down the road from the hotel and consisted of one cup of tea or coffee and one croissant or bread bun of your choice. There was a lack of communication with the proprietors due to a language problem as they did not speak much English and we did not speak much Italian and we had no idea how to contact them during the night in the event of an emergency as they were not on the premises. A lack of cupboard space for your clothes which had to be hung on an open rail and also it would have been nice to have a bedside cupboard to put things on.

It was always clean & cozy.
The breakfast is taken outside the hotel building in a not-so- convenient location.
